WHO WE ARE
The Palouse
Unit of the American Fisheries Society is for all students interested in
fisheries conservation, health, recreation, management, and production. In
addition to annual club events, we are actively involved in many service
projects providing opportunities to engage with fisheries professionals.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission
is to:

Advance
the conservation, development, and wise use of fishery resources for optimum
use and enjoyment for all humanity,

Gather
and disseminate information about fisheries science and management, and

Promote
and evaluate the educational, scientific, and technical aspects of the
fisheries profession.
