3.3 Small Group Project: I would like you to participate in a small group project using the Blackboard discussion tool. You will be using the same groups you belonged to for the Lesson 2 group project; however, I have created new discussion topic areas for you to use for this project. Your new discussion topics will be labeled Group01 ARE Plan, Group02 ARE Plan, and so on. I have selected various degraded stream/lake situations for your group to address. The goal of each group is to create an aquatic restoration plan for the degraded stream/lake situation.

After several days, a single member of the group (TBA) will summarize the plan in a Word document and upload it to the Assignment Upload location in Blackboard. To access this tool, click on this link: Password Protected Icon Blackboard. You will be prompted for your username and password (the first part of your U of I email and your birth date). After you have logged in, click on the Assignment Upload link on the Blackboard Home Page. Then click the Small Group: ARE Plan link in the Assignment Upload page. For additional instructions on how to submit an assignment to Blackboard, go to the Help Pages for this topic.

Please use your designated group discussion topic area in Blackboard as much as possible. This will allow me to stay apprised of your progress as well as provide help when needed.

If you have any questions or concerns please let me know: cmfalter@uidaho.edu.
