Discussion: Participate in a discussion covering the AR plans listed above. This discussion is entitled Specific Stream AR Plans and is found in the Blackboard discussion area. Remember to treat this like a conversation. For each discussion topic you are required at minimum to respond to my initial question and to two of your fellow students responses.

4.5 Assignment: Given a degraded stream scenario, design elements of a stream restoration plan. Post these to 4.5 Stream Scenarios in the Assignment Upload area of Blackboard.
