Fees: No out-of-state tuition fees are assessed
for this online course as long as you only enroll in online courses. There
is a course support fee in addition to the normal fees. If
you enroll in both online and on-campus courses at the University of
Idaho, out-of-state tuition fees

| 5. | You must submit the complete name and address of a person who agrees to act as your examination proctor. If I approve, this person will be authorized to act as the proctor for the three examinations given during the course. Also, you must submit a digital photograph of yourself (via an email attachment) and complete the student information (available shortly before the fall semester begins) form before you will receive the access codes for the course materials. |
