| The University of Idaho (UI) is
working with the USDA-ARS Northwest Watershed Research Center (NWRC), Bureau
of Land Management (BLM), Utah State University (USU) and USFS Rocky
Mountain Research Station to develop a high-resolution LiDAR database for
the Owyhee wildlands in southwestern Idaho and Oregon. A snow-on
LiDAR acquisition is planned for upper Reynolds Creek in March, 2009:
